No surprise here, I have been very busy since my last post. I actually got a job that I love starting on November 1, 2010 and the honeymoon has not ended yet. It's challenging but I get to be myself and am appreciated for who I am and what I bring to the equation. What more could I ask for.
Needless to say, the training for the sprint triathlon in July has been on hold. The boss at work was away the latter part of December and a co-worker was away from the accounting department for a month so the lunch hour trips to the gym became a thing of the past. Need to get back at it though as there are only 5 more months until I need to swim, cycle and run my way to this fitness goal.
Other than that, life has been good. Connor is growing like a weed and Tim is happily enjoying his hobbies of radio control airplanes, planning for when the snow is gone, and possibly starting competitive flying. The wedding biz is ramping up again but it is definitely slower this year, but I do not mind.
Today we are going out to the RV show to look at trailers. Now that we have a truck with a bit more towing capacity, we are thinking of replacing the old Coleman tent trailer with a hardsided unit. We're planning a summer vacation down in Yellowstone this summer with the tent trailer and next year is big trip year so we most likely won't get the trailer until later, but who knows. I'd just as soon buy a used one and save some money but Tim just wants to see what is out there. Sigh. Food for thought I guess. I hope we win the lottery soon!
